How Teqtivity + DISCO Integration Works

HR Integration
Teqtivity pulls termination dates from your HR system and generates a termination report, listing the assets (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, monitors) that need to be collected. This simplifies tracking and ensures that all devices requiring return are accurately accounted for.

Syncing Legal Hold Data
On a daily basis, Teqtivity syncs with DISCO to identify employees placed on legal hold. Once identified, Teqtivity automatically updates the employee’s profiles to reflect “Legal Hold” status and updates the corresponding asset statuses to ensure proper management and preservation.

In-Place Data Preservation
When an employee is placed on legal hold, Teqtivity ensures their assets (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, email accounts, cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox) are securely preserved. This prevents accidental data deletion or modification, keeping critical information intact.
