Teqtivity pulls termination dates from your HR system and generates a termination report, listing the assets (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, monitors) that need to be collected. This simplifies tracking and ensures that all devices requiring return are accurately accounted for.
Syncing Legal Hold Data
On a daily basis, Teqtivity syncs with DISCO to identify employees placed on legal hold. Once identified, Teqtivity automatically updates the employee’s profiles to reflect “Legal Hold” status and updates the corresponding asset statuses to ensure proper management and preservation.
