Our Business
Teqtivity is a California-based technology company providing software and related services. Our workforce includes employees and independent contractors, some of whom are located internationally. We also work with third-party service providers, including technology, cloud, and professional services vendors.
Risk Awareness and Due Diligence
While the nature of our business presents a relatively low risk of modern slavery, we recognize that risks may exist when working with international contractors and global service providers. We take reasonable steps to mitigate these risks by:
- Working with reputable partners and contractors
- Expecting compliance with applicable labor and employment laws in the jurisdictions in which they operate
- Reviewing relationships where potential risks are identified

Teqtivity expects all employees, contractors, and business partners to act ethically and in compliance with applicable laws. Any violations of these expectations may result in corrective action, including termination of the relationship.
