How Teqtivity + Bob Works
Employee Onboarding
As soon as a new employee is added to Bob, their personal and job details (name, role, department) are automatically transferred to Teqtivity, creating their user profile.
Asset Allocation
The ITAM platform assigns the necessary devices to the employee based on their role, linking them to their unique profile in the system.
Real-Time Syncing
Continuously update and sync any changes to employee information. Sync legal hold status from Bob to ensure any assets linked to employees on legal hold are flagged and tracked accordingly.
Role Transitions
When an employee moves to a different role, their user profiles are updated accordingly in Teqtivity, based on the updated information from Bob.
Offboarding/Termination
When an employee is offboarded, the termination date is sent from Bob to Teqtivity, prompting asset return actions and marking assets as inactive.
Legal Hold
Sync legal hold status from Bob to ensure any assets linked to employees on legal hold are flagged and tracked accordingly.
