How Teqtivity + Retriever Works

HR Integration with Teqtivity
Teqtivity pulls termination dates from HR and generates a termination report listing the assets that need to be collected, simplifying the tracking of devices (e.g., laptops, monitors) that need to be returned.

Opening Return Orders
IT teams can initiate a Retriever return order directly from Teqtivity for each terminated employee. The IT technician enters the employee’s details (name, email, address) to initiate the return process without switching between platforms. Retriever then ships a box to the employee with a return label. If needed, IT can specifically request the return of a charger and/or mobile device when placing the order.

Laptop Box: The padded laptop box fits most laptops up to 16”, a cell phone, and a charger (or other charger-sized accessories) in the accessories tray. 

Monitor Box: The monitor return box fits most 23-27” monitors with the stand and cables, as long as the stand separates into two parts (arm and base). 

Shipment Tracking
The Retriever integration allows IT teams to track the status of the return shipments, both outbound (to the employee) and inbound (back to the employer). With integrated shipping APIs, teams can get real-time updates on the status of the box and device.
