Teqtivity + Kaseya Integration
Boost productivity by managing both Windows and Apple devices with synchronized asset tracking.
What is Kaseya?
Kaseya is an IT management and cybersecurity platform designed to help businesses automate and streamline their IT operations. It offers a suite of tools for remote monitoring and management (RMM), mobile device management (MDM), security, backup, and compliance. Kaseya enables organizations to manage IT infrastructure, monitor device health, deploy software, and ensure security from a single platform, making it especially valuable for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT teams.
Why Choose Teqtivity + Kaseya?
- Unified Device Management: Integrate Teqtivity’s asset tracking with Kaseya’s endpoint management for full visibility from deployment to retirement.
- Centralized Asset Data: Consolidate device details like specs, user activity, and security status into one platform for real-time tracking and management.
- Improved Security & Compliance: Leverage Kaseya’s security features and Teqtivity’s asset tracking to maintain security and meet compliance standards, reducing breach risks.
- Automated Workflows: Automate asset creation, assignment, and tracking, cutting down on manual tasks and enhancing efficiency.
- Enhanced IT Efficiency: Reduce the burden on IT teams by automating device provisioning and status updates, speeding up deployment and issue resolution.

How Teqtivity + Kaseya Works
Daily Sync
Teqtivity and Kaseya sync daily to ensure that asset data, including device specifications, user activity, and security status, is up-to-date across both platforms. This sync ensures consistency and accuracy, providing IT teams with a complete picture of their asset fleet.
Automated Asset Creation
When a device is enrolled into Kaseya, its details are automatically imported into Teqtivity. This process reduces the need for manual data entry, saving time and minimizing human errors. Devices are tracked across their entire lifecycle, from initial deployment to decommissioning.
Device Assignment
Based on user login data collected by Kaseya, Teqtivity automatically assigns devices to the correct users. This eliminates the need for manual user assignments, streamlining the process and ensuring accurate asset allocation.
Status Updates
The integration automatically updates asset statuses as devices move through their lifecycle. For example, when a device moves from “storage” to “assigned” or “in use,” the change is reflected in both Teqtivity and Kaseya in real time. This ensures that device status is always accurate and up-to-date.
Discrepancy Reports
Teqtivity’s integration with Kaseya flags potential discrepancies in real-time. These include devices that are not recognized by the system, mismatches between assigned users and devices, or devices that have been inactive for extended periods. IT teams can address these issues proactively, ensuring accurate asset tracking.
- Devices Not Created: Devices not recognized or enrolled in either Teqtivity or Kaseya.
- User Mismatch: Device assignment doesn’t match user details between Teqtivity and Kaseya.
- Inactive Devices: Devices inactive for over 10 days, flagged for investigation.
- Unmanaged Devices: Devices missing from Kaseya’s management system but still in Teqtivity.
- Device Lifecycle Status Inconsistencies: Mismatched device status, such as “storage” vs. “assigned” across platforms.
